Welcome to the online user account registration process for motor carriers.
A valid motor carrier account, in good standing, with the Indiana Motor Carrier Services is required to be eligible for electronic filing.

Choose at least one system you would like to register.
Permit Services seeking an OSW Online Account access need to use the registration form below for OSW.
Permit Services seeking an IRP/BPR Online Account access need to contact MCS at (317) 615-7200.
Permit Services seeking a FTS Online Account access need to contact MCS at (317) 615-7200.
Permit Services seeking a IOA Online Account access need to contact MCS at (317) 615-7200.

Below is a list of existing online user(s) id(s) for the Company.
If you prefer to add access to an existing user(s) id below - Log into the system with the user id below, Click the User Management link from your Home screen, Click the System Access Tab under Manage User Profile, Select the check box next to the System you want access to and enter the required information, and click on the Save button.
Alternatively, you can create a brand new user id by Clicking on the Create New button below:

The Password field must:
- Be strong and complex.
- Contain at least 10 characters.
- Contain uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
- Avoid repeating a character three or more times (i.e. Password111).
- Avoid sequences of four or more characters (i.e. 1234, ABCD).
The provided email address will be used for all future communications. Please make sure to enter an accessible email address.
An activation link will be sent to the entered email address.

Security Questions

The security questions and answers will be asked to verify the account holder's identity if "Forgot Password?" is selected on the login screen.
Challenge questions and answers must be unique.
