Decals Validation Rules Pane
The Decals Validation Rules pane displays the account’s main fuel tax settings. Click the “+” icon located on the right side of the title bar to expand the pane.

Validation Rules	Radio Buttons For each validation rule that needs to be disabled at the account level, click on the radio button next to the word “Disable” and press the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
