Renewal and Decal History Pane

Reviewing Renewal and Decal Information

Click the “+” icon located on the right side of the title bar to expand the Renewal and Decal History pane. The pane displays summary information of decals ordered, associated number of trucks, and other event information.

Label	Description
Filing Date	Data This is the date the decal request or renewal event was filed (not the date it was submitted to the Repair Queue).
Decals Requested	Data This is the number of decals requested for a renewal event, or the number of additional decals requested.
Total Decals	Data The sum of decals issued at either a new license or renewal event, or subsequent additional decal requests. This number is reset at each renewal.
Vehicles	Data The number of vehicles reported on the new license or renewal form is captured for this field, plus additional vehicles if reported as part of an additional decal request. The vehicle field is optional, and might not be populated (resulting in a zero displayed).
Reason	Data The reason for the request for decals to be issued (per the drop down menu in the form) is reported in this column.
Mailed Date	Data This is the date of the transaction when the shipping room or cashier processes a decal request due to a new or renewed license, or a request for additional decals.
Status	Data This column reports the status of either credential transactions or requests for decals.
