Start on the FTS Home page, click Enter Out-bound Transmittal in the left
navigation area.
¨ Open the Jurs: dropdown menu and select the destination
jurisdiction.
¨ Open the Period:
dropdown menu and select the month.
¨ Open the Year:
dropdown menu and select the year.
Press Continue. The Transmittal data page will
display.
