The Transmittal Inquiry page is used to find transmittals from another jurisdiction into Indiana that meet the search criteria. If the transmittal is not found, it can be created manually.
¨ Open the dropdown menu and select the Jurisdiction from the list.
¨ Open the dropdown menu and select the year from the list.
¨ Open the Status dropdown menu and select the status from the list. The options are: In-Progress and Submitted.
¨ Optionally, the system will search for only those transactions where the exchange rate was overridden. Place a check mark in the checkbox to use this feature.
Press the Search button to retrieve results.
If the transmittal is not in the system, press the Create New button, and proceed to the Enter IN-bound Transmittal section.
