Auditors may upload amended quarterly tax returns. Click the Upload Quarterly Tax Return link in the TAXATION section of the Fuel Tax Services selection pane to start the upload.
¨ These tax returns must be in a .CSV computer file format (similar to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet).
¨ The uploaded tax returns are validated in the same way as a manually-entered tax return.
¨ Uploaded tax returns that need corrections will be in the Tax Analyst repair queue
Upload Status will be reported as:
¨ Processed
¨ Rejected
