Select either FEIN or SSN, whichever information is available to search by. Click the radio button to select the code type, and enter the number in the data field. This is a required field for the search function.
¨ Select a specific status, if known, from the Status dropdown menu. The options are Applied or Paid.
¨ Select a permit type from the dropdown menu. The options are 5 Day permit and Repair and Maintenance Permit.
¨ Enter the effective start date if known for the permit.
¨ Press the Search button to retrieve the data.
