Selecting jurisdictions from the map

After the form has been submitted, the next page that is presented is a map to select which jurisdictions are going to be reported for which fuel types.

US Jurisdictions: Select the shape of the state on the map or enter the jurisdiction code in the field under the map using UPPER CASE two-letter codes separated by commas with NO SPACES.

Canadian Jurisdictions: Do not click on the map. Put a check mark in the checkboxes for the Canadian jurisdictions or enter the jurisdiction code in the field under the map using UPPER CASE two-letter codes separated by commas with NO SPACES.

• To clear the jurisdictions selected, press Reset Jurisdiction Selections.
• To select all US jurisdictions, put a check mark in the Select All US Jurisdictions checkbox.
• To select all jurisdictions, put a check mark in the Select All Jurisdictions checkbox.

Jurisdiction Selection Page Elements Label Description
Save and Exit:	Button Press Save and Exit to save progress to this page and exit to the FTS Homepage.
Back:	Button Press Back to return to the previous page without saving any data.
Cancel:	Button Press Cancel to return to the previous page without saving any data.
Continue:	Button Press Continue to finish the new account registration.
