The overall process for a new license is as follows:
¨ Review the account information
¨ Complete the account registration information
¨ Select jurisdictions for this account
Select the Renew License link in the Registration section of the left navigation panel.
Review the account information in the Summary Pane to verify that this is the correct account to create a new license registration
Owners, Partners or Officers information may be entered or corrected either now or later.
The Additional Information Pane allows for data entry of:
¨ Non-profit status: type in the status
¨ The state of incorporation (enter a two-letter jurisdiction code)
¨ Date of Incorporation: Either enter the date information in the data fields, or use the calendar icon and select the date.
¨ State of Commercial Domicile: Enter the correct state as a two-letter jurisdiction code
¨ Accounting Year Ending Date: Type in the Month and Day that the accounting year ends for this corporation.
Finally, select a Tax Type (MCFT or IFTA) from the Tax Type dropdown menu.
Press the Continue button to proceed to the next page.
