Assigning
Desk Reviews to a Tax Analyst
The Desk Review Queue allows the Tax Analyst Supervisor to assign transactions to Tax Analysts for a desk review.

Column

Column
Displays the Tax ID number for the account. |
Transaction |
Column
/ Links Reports the transaction number. To see more transaction detail, click the transaction number (underlined link). |
Reasons |
Data
Field Displays the reasons logged by the system that caused the transaction to need repair. |
Assign to: |
Dropdown
menu Open the dropdown menu and select the Tax Analyst to be responsible for resolving issues on the transaction or the account so that the transaction can process. |

or Remove There are two buttons move items in the Desk Review Queue. Press the Assign button to assign the transaction to the selected Tax Analyst. Press the Remove button to remove the transaction from the Desk Review list with no further actions taken. |

Field Displays the status of the review. STATUS LIST? |
Recommend for Audit |
Checkbox The Tax Analyst Supervisor may place a check mark in this checkbox, to provide a flag for the Auditor Supervisor for assignment to audit the transaction. If a check mark is placed in the checkbox, the transaction appears in the master Audit Queue. Tax Analysts will see that this option is visible but not clickable. When the Submit button is pressed, the transaction is moved to the Audit Queue for the Auditor Supervisor to assign. |
FTS Home |
Button Press the FTS Home button or click the FTS Home link in the top navigation bar to return to the main dashboard display. Or press the “Back” button in your browser. |
Submit |
Button Press the Submit button to assign the transactions per the selections made in the pane. |
