Assign
Transactions to a Tax Analyst
The Pending Queue pane allows the Tax Analyst Supervisor to assign pending transactions to Tax Analysts.

Company Name |
Column
/ Links Displays the company name on the account. To see more company information, click the company name (underlined link). |

TID |
Column
Displays the Tax ID number for the account. |

Account Status |
Column Displays the current account status. |

Batch # |
Column
/ Links Reports the batch number the transaction was created under. To see the other transactions in that batch, click the batch number (underlined link). |

Transaction # |
Column
/ Links Reports the transaction number. To see more transaction detail, click the transaction number (underlined link). |

Reasons |
Data
Field Displays the reasons logged by the system that caused the transaction to need repair. |

Assign to: |
Dropdown
menu Open the dropdown menu and select the Tax Analyst to be responsible for resolving issues on the transaction or the account so that the transaction can process. |

Assign Date |
Data
Field Reports the date the transaction was assigned to a Tax Analyst |
|
Priority |
Checkbox Place a check mark in the checkbox to set the transaction as a priority item for the Tax Analyst. |

FTS Home |
Button Press the FTS Home button or click the FTS Home link in the top navigation bar to return to the main dashboard display. Or press the “Back” button in your browser. |

Submit |
Button Press the Submit button to assign the transactions per the selections made in the pane. |
