The first page displayed after a successful login is the “Home” page or what is also called the “IFTA Home”. For Tax Analysts, this page displays three queues as a guide to pending work that needs to be done.

These three queues are:

¨ Incomplete Transactions, which shows any activity that ended in a “Save and Exit” function instead of a “Continue” function.

¨ Work Queue, which shows transactions that have been assigned from the Repair Queue or other assignments as made by the Tax Analyst Supervisor.

¨ Pending Queue, which shows any activity where the information is incomplete, and the Tax Analyst may be researching some aspect of the case.
