Pending Queue

 

The Pending Queue is where submitted transactions go that the system cannot complete.  This might occur if there are OSS holds on an account, a liability due, or some other flag on the account that requires intervention before the submitted transaction can be processed.

 

An example is below (simulated data):

 

To open the transaction, click the underlined Select link the Continue… column.  If there are multiple transactions for the same account, it might be easier to click on the underlined transaction identification in the Transaction column.

 

If there are many pending transactions that will not fit in the page, there will be a More… link at the bottom of the list. To get to a complete list of all pending transactions (for the logged in user) click the More… and another page will then display all of the transactions.
